Lesson 5 - Feinting and Clinching
You need to feint your opponent in order to deceive him.
The least tiring method of feinting is to bend your left knee very quickly.
And accompany with it by bending your right knee as well.
The bend should be very slight.
This feint confuses your opponent. And helps to sap his energy.
Without tiring you.
So make sure you adopt this into your routine.
