Lesson 6 - Clinching
You need to master this to help protect yourself.
And sap the strength of your opponent when he clinches you.
To help protect yourself, give yourself a breather from the assaults of your
opponent you need to grasp the arms of your opponent and NOT his body.
Run your arms down his shoulders. Try and keep his arms pinned to his sides.
Another method you can use is to try and grasp your opponents biceps.
Hold both biceps. When he attempts to hit you just push him away.
As you break away try and unleash an effective upper cut.
A great deal of damage can be done to your opponent by allowing him to clinch
you.
Especially if he can't clinch effectively.
Try and keep your arms free so they can't be pinned so he has to resort to clinching
you around the neck.
Use both your arms to deliver devastating blows to his stomach and upper body.
