Basic Punches
The JAB: Every boxer needs to have the basic punch known as the Jab. it's the most important punch for any boxer.
Every boxer needs to start with the basics and the Jab is one of the basic punches used in the arsenal of punches available to a boxer. A boxer can actually win fight with using the jab.
For a correct jab the boxer needs to have his knees bent and his chin down. The jab comes directly from the 'ready position.'
The boxer needs to make sure that his arm get twisted like a 'corkscrew' just before he hits his opponent. This motion will give the right snap to knock-out any opponent. You must also use the thrust of the shoulder to get extra power.
The HOOK: Is another wonderful shot to have in your arsenal of punches. If a hook is used with percision it again can flatten any opponent.

With the hook you want to make it like a snapping motion. And bend your knees when you hit a hook to do a great body shot.The UPPERCUT: The uppercut is known as one of the most dangerous punches in the boxing world. Especially when the uppercut is thrown as a part of a multi-punch combination.
The uppercut punch is great to use a different times to confuse your opponent.
The COMBINATION : any boxer should be able to throw a combination of punches. But it's only the best boxers that are able to throw a combination of punches in succession and not even lose balance. It just means whichever punch you throw you are ready in your stance for the next punch. Great to do and great to watch.
